Sardine Mimosa Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 cans of sardines in oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them into a bowl.
