Seafood Cannelloni Recipe
Ingredients:
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 300 grams cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops, and/or lobster)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook cannelloni tubes according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together cooked seafood, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped spinach.
- In a saucepan, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until onion is translucent.
- Add flour, salt, and black pepper to saucepan and whisk until smooth. Cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk and continue cooking until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add half of the sauce to the seafood mixture and mix well.
- Fill cannelloni tubes with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining sauce on top of cannelloni tubes.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
