Mini Omelettes in Bacon Bacon
Ingredients:
- 6 strips of bacon
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease your muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper muffin cups.
