Seafood Turnovers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup of cooked crab meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions on the package.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chopped shrimp and crab meat to the mixture and stir to combine.
