Spinach and Feta Puff Pastry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer and let it thaw for a few minutes until it is pliable but still cold enough to handle.
  4. Place the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix together.
  5. Unroll the puff pastry sheets onto a flat surface and cut each sheet into 9 squares.

  7. Take the opposite corners of each square and bring them together, pinching them to seal.
