Spinach Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 premade pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
