Stuffed Peppers and Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
