Sweet Potato Hash
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper, to taste
