  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pound bacon, diced

  • 1/2 pound Reblochon cheese, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  4. Add white wine and continue to cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Drain the potatoes and add them to the skillet with the bacon mixture. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer half of the potato mixture to a baking dish. Top with half of the Reblochon cheese slices.
  7. Add remaining potato mixture to the baking dish followed by the remaining Reblochon cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly on top.
  9. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
