Thermomix Pepper Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  5. Pour the mixture into Thermomix and blend it until smooth.
  6. Return the blended soup to the pot and add heavy cream, salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well.
  7. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the flavors have come together and the soup is heated through.
  8. Serve hot with a drizzle of cream and a slice of bread on the side.
