Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled

  • 24 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form.
