Tomato Tart with Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 medium sized tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare the pie crust in a 9 inch tart pan.
