Recipe: Two Salmon Tartiflette
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
