Warm Oysters Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh oysters
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking dish.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in the flour until smooth and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbly.
