Welsh Traditional Beer Recipe
Ingredients:
- 7 pounds of pale malted barley
- 1 pound of malted wheat
- 1/2 pound of crystal malt
- 1/2 pound of black malt
- Hops
- Water
- Brewer’s yeast
Directions:
- Mix the grains together and grind them coarsely.
- Heat 3 gallons of water to 160°F in a large pot.
