Whole Salmon in the Oven
Ingredients:
- 1 whole salmon, gutted and scaled (3-4 pounds)
- 3 lemons, sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
