Whole Salmon in the Oven

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole salmon, gutted and scaled (3-4 pounds)
  • 3 lemons, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the salmon, skin side down, in a baking dish.
  3. Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, dill, and parsley.
