Bruschetta with 3 Cheeses Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 French baguette, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Arrange sliced baguette rounds on a baking sheet and brush the garlic oil mixture over each slice. Season each slice with salt and black pepper.
  4. In another bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, and dried oregano. Distribute the cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is toasted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the bruschetta cool down for a few minutes before serving.
