Bruschetta with 3 Cheeses Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
- Arrange sliced baguette rounds on a baking sheet and brush the garlic oil mixture over each slice. Season each slice with salt and black pepper.
- In another bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, and dried oregano. Distribute the cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let the bruschetta cool down for a few minutes before serving.
