Cassis Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup of cassis jam
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Place the cottage cheese in a medium bowl.
- Add the cassis jam and honey to the bowl and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and salt, and mix well again.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
