Cassis Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cassis jam
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the cassis jam and honey to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the lemon juice and salt, and mix well again.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
