Cervelas Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cervelas sausages
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place the cervelas sausages on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. While the sausages are cooking, wash and chop the lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
