Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:
