Diet Zucchini Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 2 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
