Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
