Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup of slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- A handful of fresh peppermint leaves, chopped
- 200g of chorizo sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:
