Neapolitan Panuozzo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into two equal portions and let it rest for 10 minutes.
