Green Caviar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seaweed salad
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Drain seaweed salad and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic.
  3. Add chopped green onions and seaweed salad to the bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
