Mini salmon blinis – Delicious


Mini Salmon Blinis Recipe

This recipe will make around 24 mini salmon blinis.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of mini blinis (24 count)
  • 4 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the smoked salmon to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese and mix well until fully combined.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cut the red onion into thin slices.
  5. Take a mini blini and spoon a small amount of the salmon mixture onto the top of the blini.
  6. Place a slice of red onion on top of the salmon mixture.
  7. Sprinkle a few capers on top of the red onion.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill.
  9. Repeat with the remaining blinis and serve immediately.
