Pea Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the peas and red onion. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the salad to a serving platter and sprinkle the crispy bacon and cheddar cheese on top.
