Ingredients

  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. of white vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and add to a pot with chicken broth. Cook until the pumpkin is soft.
