Purslane Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of purslane, washed and dried
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
