Quiche Knacki Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
- 8 Knacki sausages, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- 200ml of fresh cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 100g of grated Emmental cheese
- Salt and black pepper
- A pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it into a 23cm tart pan.
