Quiche Knacki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
  • 8 Knacki sausages, thinly sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 200ml of fresh cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 100g of grated Emmental cheese
  • Salt and black pepper
  • A pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it into a 23cm tart pan.
