Rice with Minced Meat and Coriander Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 pound minced meat (preferably ground beef)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 cups chicken broth
