Roasted Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
