Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
