Shrimp Wok Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Add the shrimp and stir until well coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add the peppers and onion and stir for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and stir for 5 minutes or until it starts turning pink.
  6. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
