Slimming Wrap Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 2-3 slices of grilled chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup of sliced sweet peppers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
