Ingredients

  • 6 cups stale bread, torn into small pieces
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
