Stale Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups stale bread, torn into small pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the stale bread and milk. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt together until well blended.
