Three Fish Tartare Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz of salmon, skin removed, finely diced
  • 6 oz of tuna, finely diced
  • 6 oz of sea bass, finely diced
  • 2 shallots, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the finely diced salmon, tuna, and sea bass in a large mixing bowl
  2. Combine the minced shallots, lemon zest, chives, and parsley into the mixing bowl
  3. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the top of the mixture and toss all ingredients gently
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes
  6. When the tartare has sufficiently chilled, spoon it onto plates and serve immediately.
