Three Fish Tartare Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 oz of salmon, skin removed, finely diced
- 6 oz of tuna, finely diced
- 6 oz of sea bass, finely diced
- 2 shallots, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:
