Waffle Burgers with Mortadella Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 frozen waffles
  • 4 slices of mortadella
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into four round patties.
