Chicken Bites with Yogurt and Turmeric Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken bites in the yogurt mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
