Arugula Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups fresh arugula, washed and dried

- 4 large eggs

Directions:
