Baked Shoulder of Lamb

Ingredients:

  • 1 shoulder of lamb
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place the lamb shoulder in a roasting tray.
