Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef tenderloin
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. capers, drained
  • 2 tbsp. truffle oil
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a food processor, pulse black olives, minced garlic, capers, truffle oil, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper until the mixture becomes a paste.
  3. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef tenderloin until it browns on all sides. Remove from heat.
