Ingredients:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp black squid ink
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb mixed shellfish (clams, mussels, shrimp)
  • 1/2 cup seafood stock

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
