Bohemian Sea Bream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 whole sea bream (600-700g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup white wine
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Clean the sea bream by removing its scales, gutting it and removing its head and tail.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Spread the mixture over the fish on both sides, and inside its cavity.
- Place the sliced lemon inside the fish’s cavity.
- Pour white wine over the fish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the fish reaches 60°C/140°F.
- Remove from the oven and let the fish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
