Bresse Chicken with Yellow Wine and Morels

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bresse Chicken
  • 1/2 cup dried morels
  • 2 cups yellow wine
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 shallots, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
