Butternut Squash Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the butternut squash into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the butternut squash rounds evenly.
