Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked duck meat, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, duck, bread cubes, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme and parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, orange juice, chicken stock and melted butter. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
