Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. Carefully remove 12 large leaves from the cabbage and blanch them in the boiling water for 2 minutes.
  4. Drain the leaves and let them cool.
