Cabbage stuffed with steamed sage

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 cup of steamed sage
  • 1/2 cup of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and pull off the leaves. Blanch the leaves in a large pot of boiling salted water for 5 minutes and drain.

  5. Arrange the cabbage rolls in an oven-safe baking dish and top with any remaining filling. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
